The original broke off even with the door
I used a wood screw into the plastic and pulled it out with a pair of plyers. New one fit in perfectly.

The door made a loud "popping" sound when opening and again on closing.
We bought the parts and followed the directions in these videos. It was very easy and the door is now like new

refer door clunking
empty refer took screw out of the top of door popped off the cover removed 2 bolts.lifted door up and out to saw horses took a screw driver popped off bearing and replaced then removed cam and replaced it. your service and video were excellent.tip always mark the position of things removed in case you need to know there position later.

nocking noise when opening the door.
Remove the button cover just by pulling on it, place two small pieces of 2x4 under the door (about ten inches long) to keep the door closed and in place may need a small shim to fill the gap between the wood and the button of the door .Remove the 3 ten mm screws at the lower hinge ,the hinge will come off completely just by pulling down on it .I do this while laying in the floor. With a screw driver remove the broken plastic part install the new plate and reinstall the hinge back and you are done .......

Hinge bearing had broken apart and door would not stay closed properly.
Follow thew video instructions on website and had no problem. The video makes it very clear as to the installation. Saved a lot of money doing it myself. You can do it all yourself except for putting the refrigerator door back on. You need a second person to assist with that.Parts came quickly. Would use again!

had to remove door as old one was broken once got it out installed new one and done
