Unit was not cooling properly due to heater assembly not functioning.
Took inside of freezer apart, bottom first, then back to reveal cooling coils and heater assembly. Disconnect both ends of the heater assembly and remove old heater tube. Replace with new heater tube and reassemble. Also had to manually defrost cooling unit due to heater not working.
