Old vent grille cracked
Removed the two screws from the old vent grille and then removed the old vent grille.Since the old vent grille was off I removed the charcoal filter. Replace the old charcoal filter with a new charcoal filter it slide in place ( no screws ) and put the new grille vent in place and screwed it down.

The plastic cracked and broke where the screws held the vent on.
The vent part fit perfectly and it took 2 minutes to put it in place with a screw driver.
