water not draining from tub
1. remove all water from tub, I used a shop vac. 2. remove lower panel from dishwasher with screwdriver to gain access under dishwasher. 3. disconnect wires from pump. 4. remove drain line from pump 5. disconnect rubber drain line from tub that connects to pump. 6. remove pump. this was a little difficult becasue of the clip used to keep it in place. use a small screwdriver to release the clip. use a towel to clean up any water that might come out 7. install pump in the reverse order that you removed old one. should be ready to go.

No water pumping out of the dishwasher and drain pump making a loud humming noise
Replaced the drain pump that took only about 20 minutes. Also had to change the drain hose because it was clogged. It now runs so quiet I had to make sure it was working and pumps the water out faster then ever

dishwasher wouldnt pump out
I had to bail out the water pull the dishwasher out flip it over and pull off the drain hose. I first checked to see if the hose was clogged it wasn't that led me to the pump being the problem. it was an easy fix and it about 30 minutes to take the old one off and put the new one on
