roller were broken on upper rack
removed the 2 stops from the top track
took out broken roller and the new parts snapped onto the rack and slid the roller into the track

Broken upper adjustable rack-wheel
Removed front stop in upward motion with my fingers; removed broken wheel and installed new one. Replaced stop.
