Heater element not working.
Pretty easy to access after removing the kickplate. Make sure you get the O-rings; you won't be able to re-use the old ones (1 per pack). When tightening the plastic nuts, too loose will leak; too tight may destroy them, so take care. Too bad this did not fix the problem; comparing the resistance of the old and new elements, they were both 13 ohms. It's simple to test the element and the thermostat in place before buying replacements (but I didn't, alas).
