Could not regulate temperature on both 8" burners.
Turn off breaker, remove panel on back of range. Remove knobs from switches, remove two screws from front of control panel to release switch. Leave wires attached to old switch to make it easier to see where they connect to new switch. Follow instructions included with new switches regarding length of stem. Install new switch, transfe r wires from old switch to new switch. Test all switches for correct operation. Reinstall rear panel.

Could not adjust the temp on the dual burner. Full on or off.
Pull the range away from the wall and unplug or disconnect the breaker to the appliance. Remove the upper back cover. Gently pull the control knob off the stem on the front of the range and loosen the control switch by removing the two screws on the front. Gently pull the switch with the wires connected out to where you can handle the c onnectors. place the new switch and the old switch in the same hand with the parts in the same orientation. Remove one control wire at a time and install it to the corresponding lug on the new switch. Do this for each wire moving around the switch in a clockwise pattern. Once all wires have been connected to the new switch, put it in place with the 2 screws you removed on the front panel. Gently push the knob onto the post. At this point you can power up the range and test the new switch. After you are sure it works properly, disconnect the power and reinstall the back cover. Power up the unit again and happy cooking!

Electric Burner would go full HOT when on LOW.
Unplugged the 220V cord! Removed 8 Philips-head screws holding back cover on. Removed Knob on front panel then removed 2 screws holding Control switch. From the back, without disconnecting wires, wiggled the switch below the wiring harness to gain access. Held the new switch next to the old one and moved ONE wire at a time to the new swi tch. Wiggled the new switch back around the harnesses and mounted to front panel. Reassembled covers, plugged it in and wham bam, It Was Fixed! Works like a charm.
