So I replaced the suspension rods but the machine still shakes extremely violent like. What else can be a factor in this situation? You guys are amazing and have helped out a lot

Thank you for your question. If you have replaced the suspension rods and the washer is still shaking, there are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will also need to check the the suspension rod supports, the drive belt, the drive hub kit, the washer drive pulley and the lid bumper. Hello, the top loader is 3 years, shaking very badly, and dancing across the floor in the spin cycle, I replaced the rods and hub, cleaned everything, and made sure the shaft itself wasn't shaking or loose (all the teeth were sheared off of the hub). I could still hear fluid in the balance ring but now it shakes worst than it did before...Help! Thank you, Rich Oh also made sure it was level!

I replaced all 4 suspension rods, but it still shakes violently during the spin cycle. Is there a counter balance spring? Or some other piece that may be broken? I can’t find any videos for my model washer that can diagnose any other problems.

Suspension springs are rubber straps (all 4 broken). Is there a part # or replacement with coil springs? If so part # ?
