Water Leaking from the bottom
First, I went to Youtube of course. Then I had to find where the leak was coming from. I used the cardboard under the washer technique. When the leak started I also tilted the washer back slightly and placed a cinder block to hold it up while I looked for the leak. It was coming from the hose so I Googled the manual, found the part, went to and ordered the hose. I should have paid extra for the expedited shipping because delivery was a few days. Installation was a breeze. Pinched the Pinch Clamps with the Vice Grips, slid the hose off. It was so easy I had my kids do it. They replaced the hose but I FORGOT TO PUT THE PINCH CLAMPS ON, then I put them on the wrong hoses! Ha ha! So remember that. All-in-all, easy-peezy and the ordering was a breeze.

the drain hose had a leak in it
just made sure there was no water in it . unplugged it slid it away from the wall . mine had a screw on the back of the mounting bracket . just unscrew it lifted the washer backward and leaned it backward to the wall .took my pliers and unhooked the hose clamp you will have a small amount of water come out of the hose slid it out .p ut the new back on i would suggest a new clamp put it back in place . it is a easy fix
