Fault mode showing on read out on machine,water would not pump out of machine.
Disconnect water lines and drain pipe from hook ups.pull machine out to get to access door on back of machine.reach in and extract pump assembly.unscrew pump from housing.i found rocks inside housing which sheared pump fins .took shop vac and suck all opening in housing and drain opening from washer drum .install new pump into housing and install back into machine.tighten all bolts and screws.reinstall access door and push machine back into place and redo hookups.did a small load of clothes and all is good..must remember to check pockets for rocks and sand..part came in a few days from ordering.will buy from these people again.thanks...
