my washer would bang when it changed from wash to spin.
Step 1 unhooked the power. Step 2 unlatch the front panel. Step 3 remove the three screws holding the control panel in place. Move the panel to the right and fold it back over the back of the washer out of the way. Step 4 remove the two screws in front holding the top in place. raise the top slightly and unlatch the switch and slide it ou

t of the top. Remove the top and set aside. Step 5 remove the screws holding both ends of the straps and replace the straps with the new ones. To get the back ones the tub has to be moved over to gain access. It is easier to install the rear straps first, that way the tub will move more. Reassemble in reverse order paying attention to the position of the latches for the front panel so they line up with the slots and latch correctly. After assembly is complete check the tub for level.

I used a screwdriver to stab the old seal and pry it out without damaging the tub. It came out pretty easily. I used hand soap to lubricate

the new seal and fit it in after cleaning out the tub's seal seat. It's a relatively easy job and now it doesn't leak and the noise is greatly reduced. I also lubricated the bearings with Lithium grease but that required taking the entire machine apart which is also explained in another video......

broken tub dampening straps
Took the front panel of the machine off and located the straps. Removed them with the nutdriver. Install all four in under 30 minutes. The best thing was the video your company provided. It made it easy to fix the problem and for that i'm thankful.

Two out of four Tub Dampening Straps were broken
On this model you use a screw driver to pop the front of the dryer off. Then you remove a screw from the L bracket on each side that holds the top down. Prop the top up so you have easier access to the back screws that hold the rear dampening straps in place. Remove and replace one strap at a time. The only hard part is getting your hand
