Product Description

This is an authentic agitator for your washer, responsible for moving clothes inside the tub. Please note, it does not come with the fabric dispenser, so you will need to either transfer the old one to your new agitator or order it separately. While troubleshooting and before ordering this part, we recommend also inspecting the condition of the agitator coupler. For this simple repair, remove the old agitator by pulling it upwards. If it is difficult to remove, try placing straps underneath to pull it out. Lower the new agitator down onto the coupler, making sure it is lined up properly, and then push down on it until it snaps into place.

paddles broke off
disconnect power , put rope under old agitator . wraped around 2x4 . push down until old agitator came off . installed new agitator by lining it up and pushing down.

Two of the action paddles broke off first one then a month later another
I didn't watch your video and thought there would be a nut on a shaft holding the agitator on. After drilling a hole in the top of the agitator and found only another plastic cover I went back to your site and found the video. Thanks. In the video it showed the technician pulling up and off the agitator. I am 5'3"tall but to short and to old and to week. I hurt my ribs bending over the machine. They still hurt and it has been over a week. When I need muscle my tall strong neighbor is always willing to help. He came and pulled that thing off in two seconds. I installed it after lining all the grooves up and it was just an easy bush down. Thanks you saved me hundreds of dollars because now I don't need to buy a new washer.

The top half of the agitator would not move during the agitation cycle.
Removed and replaced the old agitator as per the YOU TUBE video. No tools needed. Piece of cake.

Was not agitating due to stripped plastic spine on agitator coupling.
removed agitator by lifting off coupling. use socket wrench to remove bolt from plastic coupling. remove old coupling. install new coupling. rebolt. reinstall agitator. very simple job. :-)

Had to replace the Agitator
I have never done anything like this before ever...So I watched the 2 minute How to Replace the Agitator Video on site...2 times. Very nice video... Just in case, I used a pillow to protect my face if the agitator popped up(nice warning on the how to video so I was prepared). I had to lean into the washer to reach the bottom of the agi tator. But it came up pretty easy and the new one popped right on. Thank you so much for your help with this fix! A real big confidence builder for me!
