Crisper drawer divider rail broke
Researched web for Whirlpool parts supplier. Navigated through easy to use webpage menu using model number. Easily identified part on plan and associated replacement part number. Watched the attached video of how to replace the part. Realised how easy it was and how cheap the part was so placed order straight away and delivered by Fex Exp ress within the 5 days. After watching the DIY video had job done in less than 5 minutes. It is such a professional webpage assisted by a step by step video of how to do the job yourself. I was visiting from the UK and was concerned about the cost of an engineer call out. broken crisper drawers , track rail missing .
Removed shelf and crisper drawers . Snapped new track rail into the shelf . Slide new drawers into rails . Videos included in my order confirmation were dead on right . Parts arrived very fast . 5 STARS . GOOD JOB .
