As other online posts indicate, this is really a broken frame/shelf that supports the meat drawer
Removed the meat drawer from the bottom of the bottom frame/shelf. Took note of how the broken frame for the meat shelf was attached as we removed it. One of the frame's rollers had broken off. Removed glass from the frame. Put the replacement meat frame/shelf back where the broken one had been removed. Inserted the glass into the top of the frame. Relocated the meat drawer in the new frame/shelf that we ordered. Returned meat and cheese to the meat drawer. Pinky-swear promised never to overload the meat drawer again.

broken roller
First remove glass shelf insert. Lift front of old shelf frame about two inches and pull it out of the rear mount pins. Install the new shelf frame in reverse sequence. Replace glass shelf insert and the drawer.

Roller broke off from crisper drawer frame
Bought a new drawer frame. Lift old one out, replace with new frame, lay in glass shelf from old frame, put crisper drawer back in place. DONE!
