Right side end cap - Pin for wide drawer cover broke
Remove the two vegetable drawers - Remove the glass above including the support strip across the front - Remove the full width drawer under the two vegetable drawers - This allows total accessibility for the replacement work - Remove the metal glide from the side cap first (2 screws) then remove the side cap (2 screws). Swing the side ca p toward the center of the fridge as you free it from the two tabs in the back corner. Then pull the left end of the crisper bar that has a tab from the slot in the back panel. Remove and work on your counter top. You have to disassemble the slide mechanism and the crisper attachment for the "crisper" setting. Take your time so as not to break the "tabs". After reinstalling the crisper and slide bar assy to the new side cap put the tab on the end of the crisper bar back into the rear panel of the fridge. Engage the two tabs at the back of the end cap into the slots and hold the side cap against the side fridge panel as you engage the two screws. Then reattach the metal glide with two screws. THEN reinstall the glass and support strip - THEN the lower drawer - THEN the two vegetable drawers. NOTE: When ordering the new side cap be careful to make sure that the one you are ordering is the correct length!!! Use the grid marks on the picture to determine the length versus what you measure on your broken piece - This is a "sanity" check on the part number you believe you need. I had to return a shorter piece and reorder the longer correct one. Good Luck

Plastic right hand hook on the deli drawer top had broken.
My husband watched the instruction video on the website and that made it so easy to change the right side end cap. You have to take the track off which was easy to remove and put back on the new part. So happy that it saved us so much money and it was an easy repair.Thank You

Hinge post for cover broke off the pantry end cap
The instruction video is for the left cap, which is very simple; the video should be for the right cap, in my opinion, because it's more complicated as a result of the air vent linkage. To disassemble the linkage, the two clips at the right angle at the back end of the right end cap have to be depressed to get the linkage out of its clip s. Then it can be taken apart without breaking it.

Plastic Tab Snapped Off Pantry drawer
This repair was fairly quick and easy. Just removal of bottom three drawers, disassemble old pantry end cap by unscrewing a few screws; replace with new end cap, reassemble and your done!

Replacing the old internal parts to new replacment part
Remove crisper drawers, glass shelf and defective part. disassemble parts and then replace into new part. Replace all parts back in refrigerator. Time to do this about 45 minutes on right side.

broken pantry door hinge piece
1.remove all drawers. 2. remove 3 screws 3. remove end cap and piece attached to back 4. remove drawer slides and install on new end cap 5. remove remaining piece and install on new end cap 6. reinstall new end 7. replace drawers. 8. done

Clip that clear lid hinges on broke
Simply removed drawers and 3 bolts holding broken part. Disconnected air flow channel and attached it to new part. Bolted replacement into place and replaced drawers. Very fast and easy.

Water leaking from bottom freezer due to freeze up in condensate line.
Unplugged refrigerator, removed back lower panel screws with 3/8 nut driver. Removed wiring harness from back panel and layed panel aside. Easily removed "Duck Bill" rubberized drain plug from drain opening. Plug was totally clogged with gunk, not allowing any water into drain, causing the ice-up inside of freezer. With small regular tip ped screwdriver pushed in bottom clip locking in drain tube. Must do this gingerly so as not to damage plastic drain pan. Removed old drain tube and replaced with new aftermarket drain assembly ordered from this site. Used hair dryer on low setting to thaw ice in rear of freezer unit. In less than 10 minutes the thawed ice water ran smoothly out new aftermarket drain assembly. Problem solved.
