Refrigerator Crisper Glass WP67006878

I assume that this glass is tempered because when it broke (somebody was washing it without checking the water temp but I won't say who!!) it shattered into a zillion pieces, none of which were shards or dangerous pieces. This was good because it cleaned up without any cuts. Finding a replacement glass was hard because the original manufacturer discontinued it. Great! Now what? Then I found FIX.COM who saved the day. They had the part that I needed! In the meantime I had made a wooden shelf for the frig' so I could put the food back. I was amazed at how quick the new glass was mailed to me. It took only 3 days! Now THAT'S service. I think I'll hang onto this wooden shelf however. You never know what lies ahead!

My crisper glass shattered when I was cleaning the fridge. Not only was I able to locate the part, it was in stock. The part was delivered very fast. I think it came in 2 days. I opened the cardboard container, no wasted packaging, no Styrofoam bits anywhere, and I took the glass out. I opened my fridge door and placed the glass in. No blinking lights, no 404 page not found errors. It slid in place before I knew it. I wiped it down and it has worked perfectly since. Take that, Alexa!!
