Crisper frame rails broke off. Drawers sitting on bottom of fridge.
Removed broken crisper frame. Replaced framework with new frame. Slipped right in, no tools needed. Took longer to remove food from drawers than repair. Very easy and quick.

The crisper assembly had broken plastic side rails.
No fix other than replacement of the plastic shelf. Also a broken part on the center rail. The refer is about six years old and the plastic started breaking several years ago. Very brittle and flimsy. Be careful not to overload the bins and by all I removed the entire assembly and ordered the broken parts. The illustrations are helpful b ut don't tell the whole story. You need to remove the front metal channel brace and also part# PS2007659 (plastic) from the old assembly. OK once you figure out how to do it. You have to install the removed parts to your new part. After that was done all went together smoothly. Only needed a couple of screwdrivers to remove the old parts for the new assembly.
