water not getting to icemaker
I replaced the water inlet valve that is located in bottom rear of refrigerator. Connected incoming water line and water line running up to icemaker and also connected the power connecter plug to new inlet valve.

ice maker quit making ice because of a defective single water inlet valve
unplug refrigerator 1.turn off water supply to ice maker 2.remove plate over water inlet valve 3.remove the two screws that hold the water inlet to the refrigerator 4.unplug electric connector from water inlet valve 5. with adjustable wrench, remove bottom water line 6. remove top water line from defective water inlet valve 7.replace bott

om water line onto water inlet valve 8.if top line connects to quick connector on water inlet valve, make sure water line is cut straight across bottom, then connect water line to water inlet valve 9. connect electric plug to water inlet valve 10. reconnect water inlet valve to refrigerator with two screws 11. replace cover over water inlet valve 12turn on water supply 13.plug up refrigerator 14.within two or three hours, enjoy ice!

Not making ice no water flow.
Just took off old parts and put on new. Didn't have to change anything else. Everything fit like it was supposed to. PS. NO INSTRUCTIONS CAME WITH IT.
