Ice would not dispense from the icemaker
Took out the ice bin and saw the coupling was broken. When I started to take the ice bin apart the plastic washers started to fall out on my bench; next a couple of blades came off. The diagram I had from the website when I ordered the part, the same diagram that came with the part, was indispensable. With that diagram I was able to re assemble the unit and put in place the new bin coupling. It's working now as it should.

Motor runs, but no ice dispensing.
Easy fix. Replace with new washer and coupling gear and worked like new again.

Ice Bin Wouldn't dispense--coupling fractured
The ice bin wouldn't dispense ice and made a strange crunching noise. I removed the bin and found the coupling fractured in two. I ordered a replacement coupling from this site and it came in just a few days. I removed the coupling screw with a Phillips screwdriver. I had to hold the auger with my hand to keep it from turning but the screw wasn't too hard to break loose. I then installed the washer and the new coupling, and screwed it back together. I put the ice bin back in and after some ice accumulated, it dispensed perfectly. The whole job took me about 5 minutes.

purchased unit "used" Ice bin coupler had split into 3 pieces
the flat washer was missing, after a trip to lowes and looking at the other ice makers there to see how the plastic spacers went back in, it was just a matter of re-assembly! works great, the video was helpful too
