rking but was starting to get noisy so it was a good time to replace too. It's best to take the evaporator fan assembly out as a unit to replace the fan motor. The motor plugs in and two screws on the mounting bracket are removed releasing the fan assembly. The wires going to the defrost thermostat will have to be cut and spliced. If the coil is frozen to the back panel a hairdryer may be used to defrost the coil. Overall, an easy fix.
