Product Description

This is a genuine OEM replacement shelf frame for the vegetable drawer in your refrigerator. Please note that this part is just the white plastic frame, the glass shelf and crisper drawers can be purchased separately if required. This frame supports the two crisper drawers that sit underneath, and a glass insert which sits on top to form the shelf. Excess weight on the shelf or in the drawers can cause the shelf frame to crack. If the frame has become damaged, it should be replaced. No tools are required to do this repair, and the glass and drawers from the damaged shelf can be reused with the new frame.

Video looks like the parts I need. But are the 2 drawers like a standard size I just need to make sure they will fit. Hope that makes since.

Broken track for vegetable drawers
Remove both vegetable drawers. Remove faulty/broken vegetable shelf and replace
with the new shelf in the same position as the old one. Slid both drawers into the tracks for the the new tray.

Frame cracked/broken
The actual repair time was nothing compared to cleaning out the mess I found when I took out the food, bins and shelf! Apparently, a jar of mole sauce tipped over at the back of the fridge and leaked all along the back and under the bins. It was disgusting and took a goodly amount of elbow grease to clean up. Also: I discovered that my su per-power as a menopausal woman was the ability to sweat while practically sitting inside a running refrigerator. Once that mess was cleaned up, putting in the shelf, inserting the now-clean tempered glass shelf and replacing the bins/food took less than 5 minutes.

Vegetable Drawer Shelf Frame cracked
I typed in the model number of my refrigerator and brought up the parts picture. Easy to find the right part. Ordering it was easy. I also wanted to let you know that I ordered this part on November 18th at 1pm and received the new part on November 19th at 9:20am. Talk about fast! I cleared off the old shelf frame, removed the vegetable drawers and glass insert. Removed the old shelf frame by tilting it a little and put the new shelf frame in, placed the glass insert, replaced the drawers, and moved the food back onto the shelf. Took longer to type this than it did to replace the shelf.

edge of plastic part was chiped and would not stay in place
removed the old part,lifted out the glass paneled shelves. After cleaning the shelves I replaced them in the new frame that I had purchased and put back into the fridge.

Drawer glides were broken
Lifted out the drawers and then liften the shelf out. Removed the glass, placed the glass in the new frame. Put the frame back in the fridge and slid in the drawers.

The frame for the vegetable drawer broke into 6 pieces...
The frame for the vegetable drawer broke into 6 pieces, after being overstocked with heavy items. All I did was remove the shelf, place it into the frame and put the frame with the shelf in it into the refrigerator. Very easy and fast.

Original Shelf Broken At Weight Bearing Points
Replaced with new shelf. Easy to fit in. Actually shimmed it on both sides with corrugated cardboard for a tighter fit.
