The crisper supports and lunchmeat drawer lid were broken
Pulled everything apart, looked up the parts I "thought" I would need, then called , and discussed with the customer service rep who answered. The longest time was spent cleaning in those hard to reach places before putting everything back together again. This was so much more pleasant than calling a repairman to have him tell me they d on't have the parts with them and will have to return in a week or whenever the parts come in--meaning that I will have waited several hours just for them to show up. DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE...Everything just popped into place..

The crisper frame broke
Had a center bar from a previous repair. Purchased the plastic frame, put on the metal piece that goes into the front. Had difficulty getting it to seat on protrusion so ended up sanding off some height and banging it the metal piece hoping not to break any plastic. (the first frame came with the same break in it that I was trying to rep lace although the original piece was broken in more than one place) So we popped off the decorative front piece of the old one and snapped it on the new one and with the metal piece now in place put it all back together. The glass was fine and a new crisper had already been in use. So it's all good and filled with the stuff that was in the fridge.
