When the compressor is on cold air comes out at the top back of the fridge only sometimes. Other times no air comes out. Cold air comes from the holes on the side of the door for the milk compartment though.

Hello Mary, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably related to a faulty air damper control, part number FIX11750106. It controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. Also, check the evaporator fan motor, part number FIX11748697, and ensure that it is working.
