it was very easy to exchange. Frist I will say the one we needed was no longer available, the one sent was one that would work. The only problem I have is when you turn it on it goes a little far a way from the off before it connect to start the burner. The burner still gets too hot. I just have to set low temp. I am please with ordering from Fix.com.
