Lower Range Element Not Working
My range is so old the element connections are made using screws. Normally not a problem but the connections are at the back of the range. You cannot see the screws. My solution was to use a hand mirror. I will make this suggestion, replacement screws need to be phillips head. This would make it much easier to get the screw driver in to the screw head.

Bake element caught on fire and needed replacement
Could not see or remove the screws of the old element because they are hidden from view and way in the back of the oven. Tried for an hour with flashlight, mirror and various screw drivers. Finally gave up and called a repairman, who did it in less than 20 minutes with the proper tools.
