Rusted oven door bottom trim -- probably from hanging wet dish towels on the oven handle above.
Place protection on counter or floor prior to removing door. Open the oven door to horizontal position. Rotate clips at each door hinge to vertical position. Partially close oven door to intermediate position (about 45 degrees) and lift/pull door from range. Lay door glass side down. Use 1/4" nut driver to remove sheet metal screws holdin g trim to bottom of door. Use T-10 torx driver to remove two screws at the top attaching inside of oven door to handle/glass panel. Lift and separate inside of door from glass panel. Use 1/4" nut driver to remove 4 sheet metal screws holding bottom trim to side trims (2 each side) from glass panel. A small screwdriver may be needed to separate the old trim from the glass. Clean all concealed areas between glass panel and inside of door. Position new bottom trim and press toward glass to secure with tabs. Fasten new bottom trim to side trims with 4 sheet metal screws, 2 each side. Reposition inside of door on glass panel. Secure by replacing bottom screws but do not tighten. Rotate door assembly to inverted position and guide 2 top of door torx screw spacers with screwdriver (or other tool) to start screws into back of handle on each side. Tighten 2 torx screws and bottom trim screws. Replace door by holding in intermediate position (about 45 degrees) and drop/push hinges into range sides. Rotate clips on each side of oven door toward range to lock hinges in place. Close door, step back and admire your work.

Door handle had a major dent and the side brackets where cracked. AlsoThe bottom door trim was rusted solid onto the glass.
Remove the door from the main body of the oven then proceeded to remove the back of the door using an Allen wrench. Once the two Allen wrenches were removed was able to separate the back of the door from the front half.I then proceeded to remove the screwsthat held on the side channels. I then proceeded to remove the four screws that held the door handle on to the mainframe. I then removed the three screws that held the bottom rail onto the glass. This is where I ran into the problem. The bottom rail was so rusted out that it had fused onto the glass on the front of the door. Using a hammer and a very small screwdriver I had to work the bottom rail freefrom the glass. This took quite some time because I was afraid that in the process I might crack the glass. Fortunately it all turned out okay. I then continued to reassemble all pieces received and now my oven door looks like a brand-new door. With one exception. One of the end caps that I received has a slight imperfection. It has a depression in it and is not as smooth as the other one.
