This kit includes a metal body carburetor and gasket If the engine won\'t start and the tank is full of fresh fuel, test the carburetor by removing the air filter and pouring about a teaspoon of fuel into the carburetor. Pull the starter rope. If the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. To complete this repair you would need a screwdriver. • Remove the air filter cover • Remove the air filter base • Turn off the fuel • Remove the fuel line • Remove the throttle linkage • Remove the carburetor • Replace the throttle linkage • Connect the fuel line to the carburetor • Replace any damaged/old gaskets • Reassemble the carburetor and air filter base • Mount the carburetor and air filter base • Reinstall the air filter • Replace the air filter cover
