This is a genuinely sourced fuel filter for a small engine, sold individually. This is an in-tank fuel filter that serves to filter out debris that could potentially be delivered to the engine. Over time it will get clogged, and this will prevent fuel from getting to the engine, hindering its performance. The fuel filter should be inspected once a year or every one-hundred hours. To inspect or replace the fuel filter, start by ensuring the oil filter cap is securely in place. Take off the fuel tank cap, drain the fuel, pull out the old fuel filter through the fuel filler neck (hooking the black fuel tube with wire/paper clip). If the fuel filter is excessively dirty, it will need to be replaced.

This is a filter cartridge for the air filter in various lawn equipment. The filter removes dirt, dust, and other debris from entering the carburetor, and contaminating the engine. If the engine in your machine is not operating properly, a dirty air filter could be the cause. This is a commonly replaced part, depending on usage we recommend checking it after a full season of use. You may clean this part once or twice using an air supply to keep it functioning properly. However, when it becomes dirty it must be changed.

This part includes one OEM quality air cleaner for a small engine. A clogged air cleaner will stop air flow to the carburetor, resulting in poor engine performance. The air filter should be checked before operating it, each and every time. Operating an engine without an air filter or with a damaged or clogged one, will allow debris to get to the engine and this cause serious and expensive damage to the engine. For this simple replacement, no tools are needed. Press the retaining tabs down and this will release the cover. With the cover removed, pull the old air cleaner off by hand. Install the new air cleaner by placing it in the housing and aligning the lower cover tabs with the housing and then snap the upper tabs into place.
