MACHINE WOULD CYCLE THROUGH AND SHUT DOWN BEFORE PRODUCING ICE. WOULD NOT CYCLE AND GET EXTREMELY HOT
After identifyng the cracked water pan and questionable pump, I ordered parts. After they arrived it took lees than 30 minutes to remove and replace both pan and pump. Within an hourI had ice production. With 24 people coming for a party it was nice to hear the ice dropping. Saved a total of $300 by purchasing parts myself and installing them vs an estimate from a repair company.

Replaced Water Bucket which was cracked
It was a quite easy repair to replace the cracked water bucket. However had to have a repairman to find out why the ice machine was not making ice. It was the circulation pump. If I know this, I could have order a new pump and replaced it easily but know what the problem is where a professional is required.
