Noisy dishwasher
The repair went well. The confirmation of shipment email had a link to videos, which were very helpful. We watched that and then completed the repar. We we would definitely use this site again.

Tabs of the Stem sheared off. Lower Spray Arm couldn't lock in place.
Remove all of the parts of the spray arm. That's really easy when it can't lock. Unscrew 3 screws with a T20 driver. One near and two back. Replace the part and use the same screws to fasten it. The spray arm will be more difficult to lock than before.
