Dryer sqeeking an running rough. Real noisey.
After watching the video (very helpful), I dove in and disassembled the front of the machine, lifted drum out with belt an replaced all the parts provided in the kit I had purchased. Gave the inside a good cleaning, reassembled, turned on and was very satisfied with the results (sounds an ran like brand new). The job was very easy and the wife was pleased. Your video was the most helpful. Although since it was my 1st time, it probably took a little longer than a professional would have taken but the 100+ dollars I saved was well worth the time spent. Thank you for the kit an the video.

EXTREMELY NOISY
VERY EASY TO REPAIR AFTER WE TOOK IT APART. DRYER WAS DIFFERENT THAN ANY DIAGRAMS WE COULD FIND. TOOK MY TIME AND FOUND THE IDLER WAS SET UP. BELT WAS SPINNING ON THE IDLER. REPLACED ALL THE PARTS IN THE REPAIR KIT AND RUNS LIKE A NEW ONE.

chirping noise
Per the Whirlpool repair video, however; use dikes to cut the roller nylon retainers. Much easier and faster. Remember to lube each shaft prior to installing new rollers. This kit had exactly the proper parts required.

Loud metal on metal screeching sound when when you start it up
This was the 1st time I did this, so it took me about 3 hours to complete. I had someone hold the dryer drum while I connected the drum belt to the idle pulley. After replacing all the parts that were enclosed in the dryer kit, I started it & it runs great. No more metal on metal sound. I referenced a few you tube videos that helped me out greatly. I suggest cleaning out dryer when you have front panels off due to the heavy lint that gets trapped inside. The total cost for parts {dryer kit} & shipping was about $40.00. A professional technician would have had this done under an hour, but I saved quite a bit of money, & learned something new.

Dryer wheel was old and making noise when drying
Top was taken off, disconnected then the back removed to removed old wheel. I bought the entire dryer repair kit so next time there is an issue with our gas dryer there are parts to replace.

noise while drum turned
I found that the video instructions on your web site not easy to follow because of no close ups on the how to. I located a video on You Tube, link provided. This video by another part company and the repair video was very good and you could see every step up close. This video broke down repairs videos by the part kits or single parts ord ered. I used my I pad and the process went very well. The time to repair would have been less but it took more time because of the lint built up that had to be cleaned out in the cabinet.
