Product Description

This drawer slide rail is a genuine OEM replacement part for the crisper drawer shelf in your refrigerator. This rail is for the left-hand side of the shelf assembly. If you need to replace both sides, the right-hand rail can be purchased separately. If the slide rails for your crisper in your refrigerator have broken, the drawer will not be able to slide open or closed properly. Replacing this part is an easy job that just requires a Philips screwdriver. Since the rail is fixed to the side of the fridge, you will need to remove any items on the surrounding shelves and crisper drawers so that you can access the rails without any obstructions. Then, simply remove the two screws holding the broken rail in place, and install the new rail using the same screws. Replace the shelves, drawers, and food items in your fridge and you are all set!

Broken drawer slide rail on left side
Phillips Screwdriver: Removed 2 screws. Inserted each screw in the appropriate screw hole in the new drawer slide rail and screwed them into the interior left side wall.

I didn't have a magnetic screwdriver thus the masking tape. T\
Took the screws out (one stripped the refrigerator itself) and put them into the rails on each side. I needed tape to hold the screws to my screwdriver.

Friends came over
Friends came over with a case of bottled beer, which they figured they could shove onto my fridge's plastic shelving. Wrong! It weighed much too much for the plastic brackets holding up the glass shelf above my fridge's snack pan drawer. One side gave way and broke off the metal screws holding it One important tip: The replacement draw er slide rail does not come with its own two metal screws, so be sure to keep your two. The repair was simple…it was just a matter of screwing the two screws through the bracket's holes and into the existing holes of the fridge interior, making sure beforehand that the glass top has been fitted in both sides of the tops of the slide rails. I am SO glad that this replacement part is easily obtained from your company.

Slide Rails were broken through years of use.

Left side drawer rail broke; shelf and drawer fell on bottom drawer
removed the two screws with the pieces of the broken rail still attached to the side wall. Put the two screws into the new side rail and screwed it to the side wall. Put the shelf back on top of the new rail and slide the drawer into the track in the rail that holds the drawer. Very simple problem to fix; if you know which end of a scr ewdriver to hold, you can do this repair :-)

Broken plastic shelf sliders
Remove old screws and broken plastic slider attach new slider and use the old screws to attach a 5 minute job.

Broken Rails for top (larger) drawer
Two screws hold each rail in. Took out what was left of the old ones and put in the new ones with a Phillips screwdriver. Each side has to be put on the correct side so pay attention to that. Other than that, very easy job. On another note, don't buy this fridge, one of the worst I've ever owned. Always fixing something on it. Hope this helps.

The side tracks split in pieces and the drawer started spliting as well.
Used screw driver to remove the two tracks and screwed the new tracks in. Once the tracks were replaced, the drawer was easy to put back in.
