Wheel axel's on lower rack broke.
My first order - I purchased two sets of a new wheel with axel. Discovered the wheel was much wider than the one that needed to be replaced. These were the wheels with axels that were sent for my model numer. I have subsequently returned that order. My second order - was to purchase just replacement axels. These worked just fine o n the previous saved wheels and needed no tools!

Lower dishrack axel broken
The wheel and axel were packaged separately and the only problem I had was fitting the axel onto the wheel. Fitting the assembly onto the rack was no trouble at all. I could not muscle the axel through the hole in the wheel, so I soaked the axel in very hot water to make it more flexible. Once warmed, it could be squeezed to fit into th e hole easily.

Clips on original wheels spring open, wheels fall off and get melted by heating element
Remove the old wheels. Remove the new wheels from the package and snap the axels into the wheels and snap the wheels onto the rack. New wheel retainer design is much better than original
