Water was leaking from the ice maker into the bucket below, forming one large block of ice.
After emptying the freezer and unplugging the refrigerator, I took out the old ice maker by removing the three nuts that held it to the side of the freezer, disconnected the plug and slid the unit out. Installed the new ice maker by attaching the power plug, sliding the unit over the water inlet and then attaching the unit to the freezer with the three nuts. Plugged the refrigerator back in and I now have ice cubes. Took two hours including emptying and reloading the freezer with my other refrigerator in the basement.
