agitator stopped moving with hvy loads
I was a Kenmore sears repair shop owner so no problem but any one with a socket wrench with short ext ( and knows to use it can do it ) pull off dispenser remove bolt and spring pull off cog unit slide down retainer replace cogs re install( I replaced the auger also as prevention in case its splines were worn)
