We already replaced both the top and bottom lid sensors and it still says LID error.

Hello Cesilia, thank you for your inquiry. Your issue is likely due to a faulty Lid switch PS1482372. The pin on the lid switch pushes onto the lever of the switch to communicate to the machine that the washer lid is closed. If your washing machine is not running when the lid is closed, not spinning, draining, or agitating, replacing the lid switch could solve the problem. Good luck with your

Agitator not working
Did what the video said. I checked the belt, it was fine, Lid Switch with Wire Harness didn't fix the problem. Another video said the agitator could be pulled out by hand. I couldn't do it. My new washer was delivered about an hour ago.
