We recently purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model RF23M8070SR from a previous owner. The icemaker worked for a short time and then began freezing over and not allowing ice cubes to be ejected. What part of the unit needs to be repaired/replaced?

Hello Stella, Thank you for the question. This is normally an indication the Heater in the Ice Maker Mold is defective and will need to be replaced. Since the heater is no longer sold on its own, the Ice Maker will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
