Why can’t the pump be bought separate from the motor?
My motor pumps the water out when I hit cancel. It does not work to pump water through the spreaders. I used the pan fills then the timer advances as a click initiates the pumping cycle;however, the pump does not pump water. When I hit the cancel button, the pump drains the pan and runs longer than necessary then quits!

Hello Walter, Thank you for your inquiry. We are very sorry but the manufacturer only produces the circulation pump for your model with the motor. You can test it will a multimeter to see if it is functioning properly. We would also recommend checking your water inlet valve as well. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Washer stopped pumping water through the jets.
Removed front kick plate. Unhooked the water line under washer, removed screws holding to counter top and then lowered the leveling screws. I also unhooked the drain hose from the garbage disposal and put in a pan to reduce the mess others said to watch for. Pulled out the washe, laid on side and removed the bolt hoding pump in. ear to get to, needed longer extension cause my short one hung on a reinforcement channel, so I removed the channel and then got the hex head bolt out easy. One little twist and the motor came right out. Just reinstalled in reverse order of removal and it worked great. I did have my wife feed the electric cord and drain hose out the side cutout as I slid the washer out and she also pulled them back in as I reinstalled washer. Job took a couple hours and was much easier than I expected. Saved about $700.00 over buying new washer. Thanks to this site and all the instructions here for making my life easier.

Circulation pump motor rusted and seized
I followed the instructions and removed the old circulation pump assembly. I reversed the process to install the new circulation pump assembly and my dishwasher has been working perfectly ever since. It has been three weeks of flawless performance from the new pump and motor.

Turned off water, unplugged power, removed the two screws from the counter top, the two screws at the bottom of the dishwasher, pulled the dishwasher out as far as I could to remove the water intake. he counter area and turned it on its side. Removed the power strap (connector), removed the motor cover, removed the old motor, cleaned the screen and replaced, installed the new motor, put the motor cover back on, plugged the power strap (connector) back in. Set the dishwasher back up, slid it back far enough to hook the water back up, plugged the power back up and ran a test. After the test slid the dishwasher back in all the way, put the screws on, loaded the dishwasher and ran a full cycle. Your video really cleared up any concerns I had to do this on my own and all the tips helped as well. Next time less than an hour. Thank you and I’ll return as a loyal customer but hopefully not a lot, sorry.

The dishwasher ran extremely loudly
Looked over the on line video at your website. Disconnected the dishwasher. Pain in the neck because the supply line was the original copper from the sink and the electrical cord was very short and plugged in behind the dishwasher. Disconnected the drain at the sink. Laid the dishwasher down and on its side. Followed the video verbat

im. Spot on with one exception: the bolt retaining the motor was very hard to get to with the nut driver due to a metal rail that was in the way. Rail was easily removed with 4 screws. Access to the bolt was then easy. Also made any future repairs easier by hard wiring on a longer extension cord and installing a 48" flexible supply line to replace the old, rigid copper supply. Dishwasher now purrs like a kitten! Like brand new. Very positive experience with your website, the shipping and receipt of product,, and the instructional provided.

Noisy motor
I purchased a Dish Washer motor and installed it. It is just as noisy as the old one? Don't know if it was defective or what. It is a lot of work to pull it out and replace it.
