Broken Roller
The pin that holds the roller on, has the head of the pin against the outside wall of the unit. So the only was to remove the pin is to completely remove either the outside unit or the whole bottom plate assembly. That means having to tip the whole unit on its side one way or another. A very flawed design for easy repair. Other models have the pin facing the other direction with the head of the bolt on the inside of the unit and a clip to remove. That would make much more sense.
