When the compressor is on cold air comes out at the top back of the fridge only sometimes. Other times no air comes out. Cold air comes from the holes on the side of the door for the milk compartment though.

The noise was only when the evaporator fan motor was running. When it stopped, the noise stopped, So with the information and video from this site I replaced the motor and the refrigerator was considerably quieter.
