Bottom of fridge does not get cold.
Measured 120 volts AC on fan motor. Fan doesn't run. Replaced fan.

Very loud vibration in freezer.
Replaced evaporator fan motor. I won't repeat what others have described well. I'll just say it was easy and I have never fixed an appliance before. I had only one problem. I could not detach the wiring harness. When you stick your arm behind the back panel you can't really see what you are doing. I tried to pry open the clamps holding th e harness together. I went back online and watched the video. He pressed the clamp together not pulled it apart. I tried it again and it was easy when I did it right. End result - my refrigerator is as quiet as new. I am very happy.

freezer work refridge wasn't cold
replaced motor took off back plate in freezer section 4 screws to access motor. unplug wire harness and removed 3 wire and replace with new motor replaced wires exact way as removed. very easy. saved me from buying new fridge. works great and is a lot quieter now.
