Freezer wouldnt shut easily
Unscrew the main bracket slide the whole assembly up and disconnect electrical Guide fit in easily and slide into place and screw back in.

Vertical Mull broke and got hung up. Door then did not open very well
Ok guys, and gals. this is the most simple repair you can do. The shortest element of time I could select was 15 min. but this might have taken 1 min. and that included opening the box. All you need is a nut driver. Remove the one nut on the mull, lift the mull up, un-plug and install the new one in the reverse order. DO NOT call a servi ce company for this, its simple. Some part of our mull broke and it would not open and rest in the open position, you had to manually grab it and manually move it. But the replacement of this was super simple so don't waste another day messing with a broker frig.

broke old mullion & couldn't figure out where the 2 springs go back in
Ordered new mullion, used socket wrench to remove single screw. You simply slide the defective part up to detach from door. Unhook the wire connector. Plug in new unit's wire connector, position on door and slide down into place. Replace screw.
