3 of the 4 dampening straps were broken,inlet hose cracked.
Remove front cover.Remove 2 screws holding top section and lift it up and back.Change straps and hose that are easy to access.Reinstall top and front panels.(Make sure water is turned off and electric is unplugged).For me was an easy fix.Also the parts supplied were the exact fit.Thanks .

Hose was puntured and leaking
I removed the punctured hose and replaced it with the new one. The pinch clamps were a little tricky to get around the hose end and the weird angle, but not too hard once I figured out a system. Then had to put the bottom back on and return to ints location. It took longer to unhook it from all the hoses, remove and replace the bottom and rehook to the hoses then the actual repair took!
