This is an authentic OEM replacement part sourced directly from Skuttle. This drum and media assembly is commonly used in humidifiers. The filter is aligned and installed between the two pieces of the drum frame. As the drum rotates the filter absorbs water from the reservoir allowing moisture to circulate through the drum and evaporate. This kit comes with the metal shaft, the plastic drum frame, the media (filter), and the spring retainers.
