Disconnected dryer, from power, remove the back cover, replaced part, reassemble and tested

No Heat and error on front panel after about 2 minutes after running
removed 2 rear screws, removed top panel. Removed 2 top screws and 2 internal screws, disconnected electrical connections and removed front panel. removed drum guide. Disconnected drive belt, removed drum. removed 4 screws from rear, removed the heating element assembly. Cleaned the entire bottom section of the dryer. Installed new h

Dryer was not effectively drying clothes
I replaced the control thermistor and high limit thermistor. I followed the video and although it was a different model the dismantle and assembly instructions were very helpful. I did discover that the location for one of the sensor in the mechanical views provided was incorrect. I also discovered that the real problem was that the hot a

ir venting was plugged and most likely the cause of the problem in the first place. I am not sure that this was listed as a cause of the problem but it was certainly where I should have started from.
