Arm Rubber Connector was leaking.
It was relatively an easy repair. I found the video instructions very helpful. However, there was an important step that was not illustrated that made the job a little more difficult that it ought to be and it’s the actual screwing in of the connector. Based on the video instructions I tried to directly screw in the connector and for som e reason the thread was not catching on the male connector. After careful examination of the male threading I realized that it was part of the lower shower arm and the entire arm was recessed back into the tub making the threads unreachable. I solved this problem by inserting one of my hands inside the tub and apply downward pressure on the arm which in turn made all the threads visible for connecting. While holding the shower arm I was able to screw on the connector. The rest of the job was easy from that point which was just applying back all the screws that holds the motor and pump in place.
