Replace the racks.
The hardest thing was getting the worn upper rack out. The new one fit perfectly.

Old rack was rusted from years of use.
Removed the retaining clips and removed the old rack, then installed the new rack with basically the reverse procedure. I had previous instructions for removing the retaining wheel stop clips. It was a snap.
