My dishwasher has stopped filling. I've opened the bottom access. I have to the water inlet solenoid during the water fill part of the cycle. I have not been able to verify that fill water is going through the Solenoid. I put water manually and ran the cycle, it is draining. Your advice on your site says water not filling is #1 part is the drain solenoid, item #493. I can call Lowes, but using a warranty means about a month down time. nobody carries parts on their tucks anymore. Advice?

We would also recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the water inlet valve-part# FIX16542431, the float-part# FIX259159, and float switch-part# FIX260235, as the switch turns off the flow of water from the fill hose and water inlet valve into the dishwasher when the float gets to a certain level. Good luck with your repair.
