Support arm for upper rack cracked where it linked to the wheel that travels along the support arm.
Step 1: Removed broken support arm
Step 2: Pushed arm into hub of wheel
Step 3: Snapped support arm onto upper rack
Note: Originally performed step 3 first, but it was too difficult to then perform step 2. Always do step 2 before step 3.

Top rack wheels & axels broken-
Broken wheels/axels caused the top rack to fall off the rails. I removed the wheel stops to remove the top rack. I then removed the broken wheels and axels (2 on the same side). New axels and wheels snapped on easily. Set the wheels back into the rails, put the wheel stops back in. All fixed!
