Was not going into wash mode
1) shut breaker going to washer. 2) shut off hot water under sink. 3) take front kick plate off dishwasher and disconnect electric. 4) unscrew dishwasher from counter. 5) disconnect water line and waste line from under sink ( have a bowl to catch excess water in both lines). 6) take out both racks and screen and agitator and take out midd le housing by removing three torx screws. 7) lay machine face down and locate the pump in middle 8) disconnect plug on motor and two screws on clip holding motor in. 9) remove motor. 10) put new rubber gaskets on new motor using a small amount of dishwasher liquid for lubrication. 11) reassemble in reverse order not forgetting to plug new motor in.

Would not drain.
Very easy, but bc of you tube. Accessed motor by turning washer on its side. There were no instructions with the part I ordered. Total of two torxe screws replaced part. The part ordered did come very quickly though. Thank you for that.

Pump motor
Part shipped quickly and was correct as advertised. Was very disappointed with how the pump was shipped. It was wrapped in bubble wrap however the bubble wrap was not inflated so it was basically flopping around in the box with a layer of plastic over it. The instal instructions also said it should have had a new connector incase it was needed, this was not in the box, fortunately I didn't need it. It seems like the box had been opened and tampered with before being shipped. But the motor fortunately was not damaged and has been working fine for a few weeks now. If the product would have been shipped properly I would have givin 5 stars
